SCOPE OF WORK:  The project scope includes refurbishing & modernizing AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air-quality in Jordan Hall at NCSU. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of: 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return HVAC system and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building.
