The project of reference is for two (2) identical 909 SF each structure (15’-0” X 30’-0”) two story CMU masonry and wood framed building with wood trusses and a metal roof. It has plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. There is one structure for the baseball field and one structure for the softball field. There will be some site work involved.
