This project scope is four tenant buildouts for Acumen, Andrews Institute, Starbucks, and USOSM inside the Brent Lane MOB 2 building in Pensacola, FL adjacent to the new Baptist Hospital project. Trades that are required for this bid include, but not limited to, concrete patching on first-floor trenches, casework, countertops, interior caulking, spray fireproofing patch, doors, frames, hardware, storefront, drywall, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, flooring, tile, painting, specialties, fire sprinkler, plumbing, medical gas, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm systems.
