EMJ Construction has been selected as Construction Manager and is soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids for the South Broad District Ballpark project located in Chattanooga, TN which consists of a new minor league baseball stadium for the Chattanooga Lookouts.

Revised documents have been received and are available to download for Bid Package 3 - Concrete, Structural Steel, and Helical Piers.

Bid date for Bid Package 3 is revised to Friday February 9, 2024 by 3PM eastern.
