We are negotiating this 14,004 SF pre-engineered metal building ground up project with the owner. We will need the following trades to do this open shop project. Concrete to install all of the foundation, lightweight on the mezzanine and all of the paving, a mason to install all of the CMU walls and exterior veneer, structural steel to furnish and install all of the structural and miscellaneous steel and if possible erect the PEMB. We will also need a little bid of casework built for the breakroom, moisture and vapor barrier installed behind the CMU, sound insulation, sealants installed at control joints on the building and in the paving. We will also need overhead section doors, overhead coiling doors, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware for all, windows, drywall/metal studs/FRP/acoustical ceiling, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, PEMB erection only, fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electricians, fire alarm, earthwork/site clearing, erosion control, striping/power washing, Fencing (both barbed wire and chain-link), landscaping and site utilities.
