SCHEDULE OF WORK

The construction phase involves completing these facilities per the Construction Manager’s schedule as follows:

- Hart County Schools Transportation Facility and Maintenance Facility:

Substantial completion for the building is December 2024.

- Hart County Schools JROTC Range Building:

JROTC Building will not start until January 2025 and the completion date will be August 2025.

- Hart County Schools Multi-Sport Athletic Building:

Substantial completion for the building is October 2024.
