Project is composed of the construction of toilet facilities to service the existing park to include septic system, concrete plaza, site walls, grading, drainage and construction of new building as defined in the contract documents. Information regarding the design of septic system is included in the project specifications.

Natural stone veneer shown on building base and seat walls shall match stone on existing site monument and brick shall match existing posts on adjacent pavilions.

Contractor shall include in bid price removal of existing shrubbery and trees to be healed into a temporary berm and ultimately relocated by Owner at a later date. Careful removal of plantings and salvage for future use is critical to the Owner and contractor shall take extensive steps to ensure the best chance of survival of removed plantings.

All work defined is included in BASE BID. There are no alternates.
