Contact Echo Electrical Group for a quote on the electrical gear for this project. Echo has the gear in stock for Scooter’s. Echo will supply the 120/240V 400 Amp 1PH electrical panel with all associated breakers, 400 Amp fused disconnect, and (3) step-down transformers required for the Franke Automatic Espresso Machines. Meter sockets are not provided by Echo Electric. Those will need to be sourced by the GC or electrical subcontractor locally. Echo’s contact is provided in the link above. The plumbing subcontractor will no longer be required to install the water filtration/RO system as that will be done by Scooter’s national vendor (Clean Water Guys).
