Project Description: 1. A two-story addition of approximately 10,660 SF. 2. Demolition of selected existing interior building material based on new layout of spaces. 3. Rework and new construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work based on the existing building's new offices/space layout. 4. Reconfigured parking to the rear of the building and new parking to the south of the existing building. 5. Reconfigured enhanced exterior patio and landscaped areas.
