This project is the interior and select exterior demolition of an old Bed, Bath, and Beyond retail store at 3739 William Penn Hwy, Monroeville, PA and the upfit for a Ross Dress for Less retail store. 

The scope includes selective demolition, concrete SOG pour back at plumbing RI, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry, millwork, insulation, caulk/seal, install hollow metal and finish hardware, window film, framing and drywall systems, ACT, resilent flooring, ceramic tile, painting, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical systems.
