Public Storage Tolleson, AZ

Project includes the new construction of a (2) story storage facility that is 198,000 SF in size.  Project also includes new site improvements for this facility; this includes but is not limited to new underground utilities, earthwork, site concrete, asphalt paving, metal fencing, landscaping, etc. 

Please make sure that your proposals are per plans and specs. If you have a VE option or alternate product you'd like to use, please include a clear, broken out add/deduct for our team to review. If base proposals are not per plans and specs, they will not be considered by Public Storage or VCC.
