Ritter and Spool Buildings Rogers, AR

New Construction of two three story wood frame apartment buildings, 45 total units.  If you submitted a proposal in the previous rounds you will notice some clouded changes.  The unit count remains the same but the counts for a 1 bedroom increase by one and a 2 bedroom decreased by 1. Ritter building added an interior bike storage room. Ritter building relocated the Riser and Data rooms to be accessed from the building interior.
Roof sections added.  Appliance schedule added A5.4.  Anticipate construction start date 04/01/24.
