Garrett Middle School Austell, GA

This is a renovation to a Middle School in southwest Cobb County. The county's schedule gives us two summers to complete the project. We would have both the summer of 2024 and summer of 2025 to complete the scope of work, but we are wanting to complete this project in 2024 if possible. The lead times on casework will most likely require us to complete some work during summer months of 2025, or an extended holiday.

Renovations include most all restrooms including select ceramic tiling, partitions, bathroom accessories, interior door and hardware replacement, new lighting in restrooms, casework and associated finishes. There are select window replacements in an Art Room. New exhaust fans with new associated ductwork is scheduled to be replaced as shown on the M drawings. We bid this project at 2PM February 20th, so we request bids by 1pm the same day.

We have uploaded the GC bid form we submit to the county for your review since there is an alternate that would impact casework, plumbing, flooring, demo, concrete and associated finishes.  Please make sure to review and price accordingly.  Thanks for bidding with SRS, Inc.
