Scope:

 This project requires:

Structural steel, metal stud framing and veneer.  Masonry, roofing, storefront, insulation, drywall, FRP, acoustical ceilings, tile, doors/hardware, toilet accessories, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical.

This project is the redevelopment of an existing Taco Bell Restaurant site. It will include the demolition of the existing 2,206 SF building and replacing it with the construction of a 2,235 SF building. Portions of the existing asphalt parking lot will be removed and replaced with landscape islands. In addition, a proposed driveway stub-out will be constructed in the Southwest corner of the property for future connection to the adjacent development and to facilitate inter-parcel connectivity
