Brief Project Description: Ground-up Express Oil Change and Service buildings in South AL near the FL line. Two buildings, please include both in pricing. Oil Change building features a basement with CIP concrete walls and foundation waterproofing (Including sump pump water discharge system). Site includes ALDOT ROW work on MLK Expressway/ Buildings & Dumpster consisting of same look with masonry exterior and metal roof system.
