2. 1,100 SF of exterior dining along Peachtree Ave in Colony Square in Atlanta

Georgia and 225 SF of exterior waiting seating at the primary entry within

Colony square. The exterior dining patio along Peachtree Ave, as well as the 225

SF primary entry and seating for waiting within Colony Square are demised by.
