Project Description: This project consists of one 159,380 sq. ft. rear load speculative warehouse building to be constructed on approximately an 11-acre site in Covington, GA. Building construction shall consist of tilt-up concrete walls, interior steel framing and a shallow foundation system. The roof shall slope to the truck court side of the building and drain via exterior gutter and downspouts. Roof shall be single ply membrane with roof and wall insulation values determined by prevailing energy code.
