The project includes various divisions of work such as selective demolition , cast-in-place concrete , concrete unit masonry , metals (including post-installed structural anchors and cold-formed metal framing) , rough carpentry and structural wood framing , thermal and moisture protection , openings (doors, frames, and windows) , finishes (gypsum board, painting, and resinous flooring) , specialties (toilet compartments and accessories) , plumbing , HVAC , and electrical installations , all coordinated by the general contractor with the goal of constructing a complete and successfully operating facility.
