The Contractor shall provide separate sealed Bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary for the TN Copper Company Office Building to be renovated into the Copper Basin Unit for the Boys & Girls club located at 385 3rd Street SW, Cleveland, TN 37311.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on November 18, 2025 at 10:00am at the job site located at 242 Boys and Girls Club Way in Copperhill Tennessee to review bidding requirements, to ask questions and to inspect the existing building conditions. Bids will be received by the Owner

on December 16th, 2025 at 2:00pm at the office of Boys and Girls Club at 385 3rd Street SW,

Cleveland, TN 37311. Bid opening will be public. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to Wyatt Bevis at 385 3rd Street SW, Cleveland, TN 37311 Boys & Girls

Club of the Ocoee Region and designated as bid for Copper Basin Boys & Girls Club Building Renovation.

This project is an existing office building built in 1949 and turning it into a Boys and Girls Club (Alteration Level 2). The building is concrete columns and floor slab and roof slab with brick veneer and interior plaster walls. The funding is from state agencies thru grants and is required certain state historic regulations. The basement is not in the scope except for adding a double door for access. The first floor will be partially for the club and partially for public agencies. The second floor is entirely for the club. The main corridors are staying and the rooms will be adjusted by demo and new walls.

No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
