The scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following: erosion control, grading, soil remediation (included in the base bid),storm, utilities, asphalt paving, site concrete, walks, dumpster enclosure, landscaping, concrete, tilt concrete, structural and misc. steel, roofing, waterproofing, joint sealants, ACM, hollow metal, door hardware, storefront, overhead doors and equipment, metal framing, drywall, painting, sprinker, DESIGN-BUILD PME.
