Walmart Distribution Center Kings Mountain, NC

Project consists of the tenant improvement of an existing warehouse, roughly 1.3 million square feet, that will be renovated to meet Walmart's standards for their Distribution Centers. Construction will start in January of 2026. Scope includes but not limited to: Earthwork, Grading, Paving, Landscaping, Underground Utilities, Concrete, Concrete Demolition, Masonry, Steel Reinforcements, Structural Steel, Roofing, Overhead Doors, Dock Levelers, Dock Doors, Doors, Windows, Fencing, Metal Framing, Drywall, Painting, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles, Millwork, Tiling, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical.
