Project Description -

Development of a new retail branch on a 1.75 acre parcel located at West Wendover Ave & Samet Drive in the Palladium South Development in High Point, NC.   Scope of work includes the construction of a free-standing retail branch with attached drive-thru canopy and related sitework.  Retail branch to provide 4 private offices, 1 conference room, dual teller pod with ECR, interior support spaces,(2)VATS and (1) DU ATM.
