SR Construction Services, LLC is proud to have been awarded the Sunshine Car Wash project in Tampa, Florida. Zoning has been approved, and the project is now approaching the first round of building review comments. With the project officially moving forward, we are issuing an Invitation to Bid as we assemble our team for this exciting new build. We welcome participation from both prior bidders and new bidders interested in working with our team on this project. ● Sitework: Driveways, vacuum stations, paving, curbs, striping, utilities, stormwater, and landscaping

● Specialties: Owner-Furnished Car Wash equipment with full trade coordination for installation, including electrical and plumbing connections
