Sales floor scope includes: replace cash wrap, install new floor fixtures and wall standards, paint sales floor, replace LVT, install new LED lighting, replace damaged ceiling tiles, clean diffusers. Back of house scope includes: strip and wax flooring, replace FRP, install new wall base, and paint hallway.
